Material Options
Start with the application
PET / polyester, PI / polyimide, PC / polycarbonate, PVC / vinyl, nylon, metallized polyester, synthetic, destructible, tamper-evident and specialty films offer different construction options. Select around geometry, exposure and identification rather than film name alone.
Match the adhesive to the surface
Permanent acrylic, high-tack, high-temperature, low-surface-energy, removable and clean-removal / low-residue options depend on the production surface, application conditions, dwell and removal timing.
Confirm the selected stock, construction reference and supply requirements for each project.
02 / Printing and identification
Make the information part of the construction.
Text, logos, warnings, rating information, barcode, QR, Data Matrix, serialization and variable data are specified with the print system and end use.
Process options
Screen-print related solutions may be appropriate for selected constructions and industrial graphics. Choose the process around the agreed appearance, information and service conditions.
03 / Production and converting
Prepare the format for the application.
Material converting
Define roll dimensions, slit width, core and unwind direction around the receiving process. Custom dimensions, die cuts, kiss cuts, shapes, rolls, sheets or individual pieces can be specified for the application method.
Finishing & inspection
Review the finished dimensions, print, sequence and supplied format against agreed criteria. Protective laminates are selected as part of the construction; packing and order identification follow the receiving team's requirements.
